During the Annual Meeting held as part of the XVII Annual Meeting of the Inter-American Network on Digital Government (GEALC Network),

• The following documents were adopted
  • 2023 Working Plan Implementation Report,
  • 2024 Working Plan
  • Declaration of Santiago de Chile.
  • Minutes of the Meeting
• The 2024 authorities of the network were elected, and the Executive Committee was made up of:
  • Andean Area: Chile and Peru.
  • Caribbean: Belize and Suriname.
  • Mercosur: Argentina and Uruguay.
  • Mesoamerica: Costa Rica and Dominican Republic.
  • Members with voice but no vote: OAS (Technical Secretariat), IDB (promoting agency), Network Manager.
  • Chile was elected as the 2024 country president.
• It was defined that the VIII Ministerial Meeting on Digital Government of the Americas and XVIII Red Gealc Annual Meeting will be held in 2024 in Brazil.
