In February and March 2023, the activities of the technical visit to South Korea were carried out as part of the award won by the winners of the excelGOV recognition for excellence in digital government.

The tasks of preparation, agenda consensus and first approaches to the Korean reality took place in the month of February, and the field visit took place during the week of March 13-17.

• Argentina: Christian Vila, Secretariat of Public Innovation*.
• Panama: Luis Oliva, AIG ***.
• Uruguay: Juan Pablo García, Agesic**.

* Argentina for "Mi Argentina" won the excelGOB 2022 award in the Digital Transformation category and Uruguay for "firma.gub.uy" in the Cross-Border Digital Services category.

** In the case of Uruguay, the mission was made up by an Agesic official and is part of the Program for the Strengthening of Cross-Border Electronic Transactions in Latin America and the Caribbean, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) through the Regional Public Goods Initiative (BPR).

*** Panama won it in 2020 and joined this year due to the suspension of travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
