All sessions are facilitated by IT experts from the Republic of China (Taiwan) at the IT Training Center located at the George Price Center for Peace and Development in the City of Belmopan. 

A two week course on ‘Network and Data Security’ which was scheduled to commence on Tuesday September 4th will now commence on Thursday September 6th at the George Price Center for Peace and Development in the City of Belmopan. This workshop concludes on September 14th, 2007. The facilitator is Dr. Simon Jih-Tsang Liang, Professor, Wufeng Institute of Technology, Taiwan.

The Government of Belize through the Office of Governance, in collaboration with the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) has embarked on a series of Information Communication Technology and E-Government workshops for public officers commencing in June 2007. 

All sessions are facilitated by IT experts from the Republic of China (Taiwan) at the IT Training Center located at the George Price Center for Peace and Development in the City of Belmopan. 

Other workshops conducted in June and July, 2007 were ‘IT Hardware Configuration & Troubleshooting’, ‘Advance Operating Systems Configuration & Optimization’, ‘Proxy Server Configuration & Maintenance’ and “Open Source Software Applications”.
