This XV Annual Meeting, hosted by the Authority for Government Innovation of Panama (AIG) and presided by the Digital Government Division of the Ministry of ICT of Colombia, shall be hybrid, in person and virtual, due to restrictions in international travel and proposes the discussion by exchanging regional and extra-regional experiences and practices on cross-border digital services, digital identity, cybersecurity, and modifications in the world of employment, among others. These  topics are part of the intersection between the digital and social realms in designing and executing comprehensive and inclusive public policies with citizens, civil society, academia, business world and governments, all working together
