Officially called the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Working Party of Senior Digital Government Officials, E-Leaders meet every year, together with people from the private sector and academia
The agenda of the OECD eLeaders meeting and the agenda of the XVII Annual Meeting of Red Gealc, are designed so that the participants of both events have different communicating vessels that allow them to learn about the experiences of both spaces and networks.
For this reason, the plenary activity of Red Gealc begins on the afternoon of Tuesday 21, so that speakers from OECD countries can participate in the dialogues on central aspects of the digital transformation:

● Digital equity, Gender and commitment to digital Citizenship.
● Cybersecurity.
● Digital identification and cross-border digital services.
