This program is executed by Red GEALC and it aims to supporting the implementation of cross-border electronic signature and cross-border digital services in order to accelerate the adoption in the region of reliable and safe electronic transactions. It is part of our effort to promote digital economies and governments in the context of integration. For this purpose, practical models and applications to be implemented at three different speeds will be developed taking into consideration the different levels of technological advancement and the sub-regional realities.
