With the aim of improving customer service, the Customs and Excise Department will be launching a website in March this year. Comptroller of the Department Grenville John tells NBC news that by the end of March the website would be accessible to client.
He says the website would provide information such as the laws and regulations of the customs operations. Mr. John says his department will also be moving into their new administrative building later this year.
